In 2017 I attended Seneca College in Toronto for my diploma in Aesthetics and Spa Management, shortly after I moved to Waterloo to further my education. I attended Ginas College Of Advanced Aesthetics to become a Medical Esthetician and graduated with honours and the most sarcastic award in 2018. I found a love for all layers of the skin, facial services and connecting with patients.

Kristen has over 23 years of experience as a physiotherapist and earned a graduate degree in Exercise Physiology as well as a Bachelor of Health Science in Physiotherapy from McMaster University.

She owns Blueberry Therapy, a clinic focused on pelvic health and pediatric therapy in Dundas, Ontario. In 2020, Kristen received the Women of Distinction Award in the Small Business category from the YWCA.

Her diverse experience includes working with children and adults in hospitals, children’s treatment centers, outpatient clinics, and home care.
